Goldberg Bros. Construction is an homage to Goldberg Bros. Realty, founded in 1890 by my great-grandfather, Sam Goldberg. Four generations later and building is still in my blood!
Ben Goldberg is an experienced builder with over 15 years of construction and engineering experience. Having started on the construction site in Los Angeles at 20 years old, he then earned a BS in Environmental Resources Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Humboldt. Ben is an enthusiastic and innovative builder who clients and companies have trusted for years.
Before starting his own company, Ben worked as Set Construction and Warehouse Manager for Lamps Plus. There, managing a team of over 20 employees, he ran the carpentry, welding, Color Plus and Giclee product lines, shipping/receiving, and all corporate warehouse activity. As leader of the carpentry department, Ben led the construction, demolition and closure of Lamps Plus store locations, and all set construction activities.
Before that, Ben worked with Williams Construction Corp. in Denver, CO, where he led and was part of the construction team for a number of commercial construction projects; including veterinary offices, gyms, restaurants, offices and retail stores. Ben has also worked on Engineering teams throughout the US, both on and off Native Lands. He has also worked with Geocycle, a subsidiary of LafargeHolcim, to secure non-recyclable waste for use as Refuse Derived Fuel, where he was a key team member through municipal and compliance reviews.
